Organization- and project-level API keys are gradually being rolled out to our Enterprise customers. If you have an Enterprise subscription with Relevance AI and do not have access to this feature yet, please reach out to your sales representative to share your interest in this feature.You will not be able to access this feature if you are not on an Enterprise subscription.
Enterprise subscriptions allow you to set API keys at both a project level and organization level.

How do I set organization-level API keys?

If you set an API key at the organization level, any projects in this organization will use this API key unless an API key is added at the project level.
To set organization-level API keys, you must be an organization admin or owner.
  1. First, click ‘Settings’ in the sidebar of Relevance AI
  2. Then, click ‘Integrations control’
  3. Navigate to the integration you want to set an API key for and toggle it on
  4. Enter the API key on the pop-up that appears, and click ‘Save’

How do I set project-level API keys?

If you set an API key at the project level, this will override the organization level API key.
To set project-level API keys, you must be an organization admin or owner, or project admin or editor.
  1. First, navigate to your project in Relevance AI and click ‘Integrations & App Keys’
  2. Then, navigate to the integration you want to set an API key for
  3. Enter the API key on the pop-up that appears, and click ‘Save’
