  1. Log in to your Relevance AI dashboard.
  2. Click the “Need Help?” button, found in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. This will open our Intercom chat window, where you can send your message directly to our support team.

Response times

We receive a high volume of customer queries and, at this time, we do not have formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place. However, our team is actively working to respond to every request as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you promptly.

We also only offer support between 9am - 5pm Sydney time on weekdays at this time.
