Create an account and add members
Once you’ve signed-up and created a Relevance account, you can add other members to your organisation.
- Go to Relevance AI and click “Sign Up”.
- Enter your email and password to create an account, or sign up with your Google account.
- Follow the sign-up wizard, which includes choosing the region you want to store you data in.
- Click on “Settings” in the hamburger menu.
- Click on “Projects” and select the default project, or create a new one for your team.
- Click on “Invite user” and enter the email of the member you want to add to your organisation.
- Send invite!
Here’s a quick demo of how you create an account and invite team members:
User roles
Members in your organisation can be assigned the following roles: Admin, Editor and Viewer. These roles determine what they can do inside of the platform, and what they can do when using the API.
Create an Agent
Creating agents involves giving the agent information about who they are, what they are capable of and what is expected of them. You can create a brand new agent, or use one of our existing agent templates.
- Login to your Relevance AI account (app.relevanceai.com).
- Go to the Agents page (in the sidebar).
- Click ”+ New” in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Click ”+ Create Agent” under “Blank agent” to create a new agent from scratch.
- Give your agent a name, description and optional profile image.
Use an agent template
Use one of our pre-built agent team-members to get specific jobs done. Our agent templates are already modelled on, and built by real-world domain experts. You can also customise every single setting and behaviour so that they work for your specific operating procedures.
Marco: Market Researcher
Marco is a market research coding expert. He knows about coding qualitative data, analyzing survey responses, and extracting insights from customer feedback.
Chloe: Content writer
When given a topic, Chloe writes high-quality blog posts and articles. She can research the subject matter, structure the content, and provide engaging, SEO-friendly writing.
Paddy: Prospector
Prospector Paddy researches potential sales prospects, enriches lead data, and generates personalized outreach messages to help sales teams connect with their ideal customers.
Audris: Audio Analyser
Aurdis is a market research audio analysis expert. She knows about analysing individual files as well as extracting insight from multiple recordings (e.g. focus groups).
Equip your agent with tools
One of our key philosophies is that subject matter or domain experts need to be the ones to distill their skills into agents. The way we do this is through our low-code tools, which you can provide with the same knowledge, tools and inputs as your experts.
- Click “Use Agent” underneath the agent you want to equip with tools on the Agents page.
- Click the configure agent settings “cog icon” in the top right of your screen.
- Click ”+ Add tools” under the “give your agent powers” section.
- Search for the tool you want by browsing or keyword.
- Click the ”+ Add” below the tool.
In less than 5 minutes, you can create an agent that produces SEO-Optimised FAQs just by equipping them with two of our most popular no-code tools: Google Search and Website Scraping.
Create a multi-agent system
Creating a multi-agent teams is just as easy as equipping tools, except this time you equip agents.
- Click “Use Agent” underneath the agent you want to equip with other agents on the Agents page.
- Click the configure agent settings “cog icon” in the top right of your screen.
- Click the “Add agent to team” dropbox in the “Team” section.
- Select the agent you want to add to another agent’s team.

Run your agent on autopilot
Approval Mode
Approval mode is where you can look over the agents shoulder before it does critical actions. You can specify which critical actions always has to be approved, or what conditions it needs to meet or information it needs to ask for before it has permission to perform that action.
Autopilot Mode
Once you trust that the agent is doing its job exceptionally well, you can put it on autopilot and optionally ask it to escalate to a human when needed. This is what we mean when we say you can grow your business without your headcount.
Scale your AI Workforce
You can create agents so that they mimic and amplify what already works in your team right now. You can mimic the language they use, their workflow behaviours, the way they use tools, their response style and domain expertise. Then, you can inifitely scale hem.
