Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Freshdesk account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Freshdesk. You will be sent to Freshdesk to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Freshdesk from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Freshdesk endpoint using the account you just connected.
