A little bit about us
Relevance AI is a team based in Sydney, San Francisco, and Barcelona building the home of the AI Workforce — a team of AI agents purpose built for every team. We believe teams should be limited only by their ideas, not their size. That's why we build small teams and hire amazing people with ambitious ideas.

We believe the future can be dramatically better than the present. We choose ambition over cynicism, bring energy to hard problems, and back ourselves and each other to build what does not exist yet.
Iterate extremely fast
We move with urgency, knowing that speed of iteration is the key to progress and quality. Shipping fast doesn't mean sacrificing standards, it means learning faster. We favour momentum, making quick decisions and adjusting as we go. When the moment calls for it, we zoom out, align, then move again at speed.
Put the customer first
We solve customer problems urgently and proactively. We'll go to any length to deliver value and exceed expectations, even if it doesn't scale. Swift communication is our norm.
