The AI Ops certification is Relevance AI’s answer to the rise of AI-literate operators. It equips teams to embed agents into real workflows—securely, at scale, and with impact. From startups to enterprise, it defines how intelligent automation gets done—and owned.
This course is for people ready to lead the AI Ops function in their team—whether you're in operations, marketing, enablement, or product. If you’re the one spotting inefficiencies, pushing automation forward, or bridging tech and business—you’re already doing the work. This course gives you the structure, strategy, and certification to own it.
No. You don’t need to code—just curiosity, strategic thinking, and a desire to make AI useful.
This isn’t a deep dive into agent-building, but we’ll cover key concepts throughout. A dedicated Agent Building Fundamentals course is coming soon.
The course runs for 4 weeks, with 1–2 live sessions per week, plus optional office hours and Slack support. Most students spend 2–3 hours weekly.
