Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Freshstatus account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Freshstatus, then paste your API key. You will find it in your Freshstatus account settings.

Call Freshstatus from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Freshstatus endpoint using the account you just connected.
