Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.
Connect your Liondesk account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Liondesk. You will be sent to Liondesk to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.
Call Liondesk from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Liondesk endpoint using the account you just connected.
