Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Salesforce account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Salesforce. You will be sent to Salesforce to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Salesforce from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Salesforce endpoint using the account you just connected.
