I don't know of any SaaS business that isn't invested in SEO and content marketing for template pages. Regardless of approach, quality landing pages are table stakes for product discovery and conversion.
There are a couple of very common challenges. First, creating template-specific pages at scale is time-consuming, and second, keeping content updated when templates change becomes increasingly difficult as your library grows. The traditional approach of manual content creation works fine for a handful of templates but quickly becomes unsustainable for businesses with dozens or hundreds of offerings.
That's us, we're a business with constantly evolving templates. We need to ensure each template has a dedicated, high-converting landing page that ranks well in search results. So we built an AI agent system to automate this process while maintaining quality.
Using a Multi-Agent System to build AI Tool template pages
Our agent system is designed to function as an autonomous monitoring, research, content creation, and publishing workflow—streamlining what traditionally requires multiple teams and weeks of coordination. The process begins with our Template Monitor Agent continuously scanning for updates to existing templates or the creation of new ones in the Relevance AI platform.
When the Monitor Agent detects changes, it triggers our Template Page Creator Agent, which immediately captures the template's JSON code and begins analyzing its functionality, use cases, and potential audience. This automation allows us to create and update pages much faster than traditional methods.
This initial analysis establishes the foundation for the entire page. Using sophisticated prompting, our AI agent determines the core value proposition of the template and identifies the primary search queries it should target.
The approach offers several advantages:

What's next
We see potential to enhance our Agent ecosystem through several key initiatives. This would allow our system to trigger content refreshes based on multiple factors beyond just template changes.
Additionally, we plan to integrate user engagement data to continuously refine page content based on performance metrics. By analyzing how visitors interact with our template pages, we can identify opportunities for improvement and automatically implement changes.
We also recognize opportunities to expand the Agent's capabilities to include automated A/B testing of different content structures and messaging approaches. This would allow us to scientifically determine the most effective presentation for each template type.
Furthermore, by incorporating competitive monitoring, the Agent could continuously scan for changes in the search landscape and automatically recommend updates to maintain or improve rankings. This proactive approach would ensure our template pages remain optimized even as search algorithms and competitive offerings evolve.
