Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Tiledesk account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Tiledesk. You will be sent to Tiledesk to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Tiledesk from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Tiledesk endpoint using the account you just connected.
