Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Channel Advisor account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Channel Advisor. You will be sent to Channel Advisor to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Channel Advisor from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Channel Advisor endpoint using the account you just connected.
