Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Smart Engage account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Smart Engage, then paste your API key. You will find it in your Smart Engage account settings.

Call Smart Engage from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Smart Engage endpoint using the account you just connected.
