Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Vertical Response account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Vertical Response. You will be sent to Vertical Response to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Vertical Response from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Vertical Response endpoint using the account you just connected.
