Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Autotask PSA account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Autotask PSA. You will be sent to Autotask PSA to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Autotask PSA endpoint using the account you just connected.
