Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Blackbaud account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Blackbaud. You will be sent to Blackbaud to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Blackbaud from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Blackbaud endpoint using the account you just connected.
