Set up CiviCRM in Relevance AI

Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your CiviCRM account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add CiviCRM, then paste your Username, Password, and URL. You will find it in your CiviCRM account settings.

Call CiviCRM from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any CiviCRM endpoint using the account you just connected.
