Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Crisp account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Crisp, then paste your API key. You will find it in your Crisp account settings.

Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Crisp endpoint using the account you just connected.
