Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Damstra Forms account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Damstra Forms, then paste your API Key and Company. You will find it in your Damstra Forms account settings.

Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Damstra Forms endpoint using the account you just connected.
