Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Form.io account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Form.io, then paste your API Key, Project ID, and Form Name. You will find it in your Form.io account settings.

Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Form.io endpoint using the account you just connected.
