Connect your Formbricks account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Formbricks, then paste your API Key and Hostname. You will find it in your Formbricks account settings.

Create a tool, add a Formbricks tool step, and connect it to an agent. The agent fills in the step's inputs each time it runs.
