Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Formidable Forms account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Formidable Forms, then paste your API Key and URL. You will find it in your Formidable Forms account settings.

Call Formidable Forms from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Formidable Forms endpoint using the account you just connected.
