Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your FormTitan account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add FormTitan, then paste your API key. You will find it in your FormTitan account settings.

Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any FormTitan endpoint using the account you just connected.
