Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your HelpDesk account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add HelpDesk, then paste your Account ID and Personal Access Token. You will find it in your HelpDesk account settings.

Call HelpDesk from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any HelpDesk endpoint using the account you just connected.
