Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your KnowBe4 account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add KnowBe4, then paste your API key. You will find it in your KnowBe4 account settings.

Call KnowBe4 from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any KnowBe4 endpoint using the account you just connected.
