Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your Microsoft Teams Bot account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add Microsoft Teams Bot. You will be sent to Microsoft Teams Bot to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call Microsoft Teams Bot from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any Microsoft Teams Bot endpoint using the account you just connected.
