Create a Relevance AI account
Sign in, or create a free account. You do not need to be a developer to set this up.

Connect your SugarCRM account
In Relevance AI, open Integrations and add SugarCRM. You will be sent to SugarCRM to sign in and approve access, and the connection is stored against your workspace.

Call SugarCRM from an agent
Create a tool and add an API tool step. Your agent can call any SugarCRM endpoint using the account you just connected.
