Read Interview Process Guide.pdf. Updated my instructions, added a interviewer load lookup tool, and wrote 12 evals to check every run.
Rescheduling the candidate is the last resort, always. Exhaust interviewer swaps and slot shifts first, and never book anyone past their weekly cap without a human saying so.
Got it. I added an eval that fails any run where the candidate was moved while a qualified swap existed, and another that fails any booking over an interviewer’s cap without explicit approval.
